Currently we have an opening for a full time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with strong professional and organizational skills in our Corporate Office located in Lancaster City.

It is essential for our Administrative Assistant to accurately and efficiently work with management to prepare various reports, arrange travel, plan meetings and manage multiple projects with deadlines while maintaining both professionalism and confidentiality.


Essential Job Responsibilities

Welcome visitors with courtesy and professionalism

Process inbound and outbound mail, UPS and telephone

Coordinate and negotiate business travel – Air, Train, Hotel and Car Coordinate Corporate Meetings and events

Copy, Scan and File in an organized fashion

Maintain compliance of internal Quality Control Program documents

Assist in development, production and updating of marketing material

Select, Order and Distribute promotional material

Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports

Prepare correspondence and announcements

Prepare specific reports and projects as requested by management


Required Job Skills


Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong computer literacy skills

Motivated Self Starter with the ability to work alone

Strong MS Office software skills

Ability to Multi-task

Strong proof reading skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Attention to detail


Prior work related experience strongly preferred. Work schedule is 8:00 – 5:00 Monday through Friday in our Corporate Office in the city of Lancaster, PA.   Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & 401(k)
