Our fast-growing company is seeking a few special people to join our team in our growing Customer Relations group. As one of our superheroes, we want you to take pride in the fact that you play a key role in our mission to provide outstanding experiences for our customers. This is not a job for everyone… you’ll need to enthusiastically face each day, be tenacious in solving our customer’s challenges, and passionate about helping others.
**Position hours range from 8:00am – 8:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
On a typical day you would…
- Focus on the customer experience, and be the superhero our customers look for when they have problems and concerns
- Take ownership of customer issues to facilitate solutions that benefit the company and the customer
- Work internally with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication
- Monitor customer resolution plans from creation to completion

- Two or more years of customer relations experience is preferred.
- Bilingual = bonus points.
