Job Description

Alumni Relations Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Alumni Relations and Programming

Status: Regular, full-time, exempt

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least one year of professional experience in the higher education, programming or volunteer management preferred
  • Capacity and willingness to travel 20%

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Cultivate Alumni Relations and Volunteer Opportunities
  2. Recruit, train, manage and motivate Alumni Volunteers
  3. Assist with event planning and promotion
  4. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Director of Alumni Relations and Programming
