Our client is seeking a Bid Coordinator in Lancaster, PA!
The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Identifying bid opportunities, and creating Bids in designated bidding systems
- Supporting Customer and Account managers in processing bids
- Preparing all documents required for responses
- Preparing and submitting bid paperwork
- Coordinating Big opportunities with team to ensure bids are met in a timely and successful fashion

Bid Coordinator requirements include:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of strong administrative experience
- Computer proficiency is a MUST
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a bidding/quoting environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
