Bid Coordinator

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Bid Coordinator in Lancaster, PA!

The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Identifying bid opportunities, and creating Bids in designated bidding systems
  • Supporting Customer and Account managers in processing bids
  • Preparing all documents required for responses
  • Preparing and submitting bid paperwork
  • Coordinating Big opportunities with team to ensure bids are met in a timely and successful fashion

Bid Coordinator requirements include:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of strong administrative experience
  • Computer proficiency is a MUST
  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in a bidding/quoting environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
