Community Association Assistant


Job Description

Job Duties and Requirements:
• Assist in the management of a portfolio of properties located in South Central PA
• Possess strong customer service skills in dealing with the community needs and residents by phone and email correspondence
• Communicate to & from vendors and contractors
• Provide administrative support to the property managers
• Occasional attendance board meetings (day or evening)

• Be able to take initiative and handle multi-tasking
• Be very organized and detail-oriented
• Have strong follow-up
• Have expertise in Outlook, Word & Excel
• Prior Property Management or real estate experience is a plus
