Our fast-growing company is seeking a few special people to join our team in our growing Customer Relations group. As one of our superheroes, we want you to take pride in the fact that you play a key role in our mission to provide outstanding experiences for our customers. This is not a job for everyone… you’ll need to enthusiastically face each day, be tenacious in solving our customer’s challenges, and passionate about helping others.

**Position hours are 10:30am- 7:00pm, Monday – Friday.

On a typical day you would…

  • Serve as part of the team on the front lines of corporate customer needs, answering incoming phone calls, emails and online chat to solve basic customer questions and requests.
  • Typical requests include account updates, billing changes and questions, call list and action pattern changes, simple contract changes, activity and zone reports, assisting customers with system test, contract and account information requests, questions regarding acquisitions, and general questions.

  • Desire to be part of a team that is focused on our mission and core values.
  • Two or more years of customer relations experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual = bonus points.
