Keystone Wood Specialties is seeking a full-time Customer Service Manager to work at our office in Lancaster, PA.  This position will provide hands-on leadership to expand the already established philosophy of outstanding, personal customer care by fostering relationships with our clients.  Daily responsibilities include overseeing and completing all order entry and customer service activities to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.  Additionally, the position will care for our team members to motivate, inspire and provide supervision for daily customer service operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership/management position
  • Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating positive customer experiences and employee relationships

Ability to learn product specifications and take orders to best meet customer needs
