Job Description

The purpose of this role is to manage and advance the Company’s safety first culture, compensation plan, worker’s compensation program and training initiatives and to support and promote a culture of organization health driven by the Company’s health and wellness plans. The position supports the Director, Human Resources in new and improved company initiatives to further employee engagement and advocates for employees and/or the company while adhering to employment law and ethics principles.

Major Functions:

Safety and Health**

Recruitment, Onboarding and Retention**

Company/Employee Training**

Develop and Execute Policies and Procedures**

Legal Compliance**


Bachelors degree and 1-5 years experience in a Human Resources role.

Excellent computer skills including HRIS systems

Effective communication skills, written and verbal
