Mechanic Assistant


Job Description

Select Security is seeking a Mechanic Assistant to work on antique heavy truck restoration. You will assist with frame off restorations and repair work on unique vehicles. If you possess a high attention to detail, are reliable, and enjoy working in a restoration environment, then we invite you to join our reputable and growing Security company.

What you bring to us:

  • Ability to work M-F 8:00am- 5:00pm and overtime, as needed.
  • Previous restoration experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Experience with metal prep, HPLV spray guns, welding, fabrication, preferred.
  • Mechanical skills with diesel and gas engines, preferred.
  • Class A CDL and ability to haul heavy trailer loads is a plus, but not required.
  • Meticulous
