Job Description

PC Systems Specialist – Part Time

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for all personal computer and network installation and support including software installation and coordination of user training; troubleshoot hardware and software problems; install and maintain personal computer access to corporate network.

Provides user support and hardware/software configuration in the area of remote communications; documents setup procedures and software installations; maintains inventory of software and hardware; assess functionality of hardware and software and recommends alternatives. Functions as the primary contact for IS Help Desk.

Education and Training

Requires 2 years college or equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and networking operating systems.

Two to five years of general experience with strong logic and deduction skills.
