Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day operations of a portfolio of condominiums and Homeowner associations in South Central PA. Possess strong customer service skills in dealing with the community needs and residents, board members, vendors and be able to enforce regulations. Prepare budgets and process financial matters. Attend board meetings, day and evenings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Candidate must be able to work under little or no supervision, must take initiative, have strong computer skills and be able to speak in front of large groups. Candidates must be detailed oriented and organized. Basic academic education (high school or equivalent) and Property Management or real estate experience is REQUIRED.
