Ames Construction, Inc., established in 1975, is a growing, full-service commercial construction company located in Ephrata, PA. Providing traditional general contracting, design/build, construction management and post-construction facilities maintenance services to clients in the Central PA region, Ames Construction is well-established and well-known for their “client-first” approach. The company also offers HVAC & plumbing services, as well as, custom commercial cabinetry and case work.

Ames Construction is seeking a Project Manager to provide hands-on leadership and project & construction management to retail projects. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building strong relationships, business development skills and problem solving abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential to the role.

5 – 10 years of successful construction project management experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, a plus. A strong understanding of the commercial construction process is a must. Computer proficiency (MS Office), preferred. Demonstrated community involvement, desired.
