Temporary Administrative Assistant
Our client in Leola is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant!
The temporary Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Creating service tickets, scheduling pick ups, confirming deliveries
- Entering POs and speaking with the drivers
- Providing general clerical support for the office
- Other related duties as assigned
This is a full time, three month assignment.
The temporary Administrative Assistant requirements include:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of clerical experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office – especially MS Excel
