Temporary Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Our client in Leola is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant!

The temporary Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
  • Creating service tickets, scheduling pick ups, confirming deliveries
  • Entering POs and speaking with the drivers
  • Providing general clerical support for the office
  • Other related duties as assigned

This is a full time, three month assignment.

The temporary Administrative Assistant requirements include:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of clerical experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office – especially MS Excel
