Share your passion for community; put your skills and accomplishments to work!  United Way of Lancaster County has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to become our Vice President of Finance and help us build a stronger Lancaster County. With increasing needs and fragmented help, everyone’s resources are limited. We must address underlying causes that no single organization or individual can accomplish alone.  Join us in building a stronger Lancaster County. S/he will direct the financial and business operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting; cash flow control and administration of the investment program in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles  and ensure all organizational practices and policies are implemented with integrity, transparency and accountability.  Will work with the leadership team to oversee the day-to-day business operations; including continued development of the organization’s information technology and supervision of our VITA and 2-1-1 programs.  Will also provide support related to facilities such as space planning and renovations. S/he will serve as a non-voting officer of the corporation. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting is required. Minimum five years’ relevant experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; proven experience with electronic data processing and information systems required.  Exposure to nonprofit fund accounting and grant accounting highly desirable.
