Vice President of Human Resources
Pleasant View Retirement Community is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources. The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for oversight of all human resources functions, the corporate compliance program and facility risk management. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business related field. Experience with writing and developing employee handbooks, policies, and benefits administration is essential. Qualified candidates will have experience in the field of health care; long-term care experience is a plus.
