Pleasant View Retirement Community, located in Manheim, PA is seeking a VP of Finance to provide financial oversight and leadership to the finance & accounting team. Pleasant View is a well-established, growing, continuing care retirement community dedicated to living out its mission and building a culture of innovation throughout the organization. The VP of Finance will join a highly skilled executive leadership team and will bring vision, creative & strategic thinking abilities, and others-focused leadership to the organization. Demonstrated acumen in business/finance – budgets, analysis, forecasting and financial planning are essential to the role. A successful track record of building strong relationships, excellent communication skills and bringing & being open to new ideas are key elements of the position.

Required is a minimum of 5 years experience in a financial leadership role of a multifaceted organization; experience in a CCRC or healthcare industry a plus. A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field, essential. CPA strongly preferred. Nonprofit Board experience or relating to a Board as an executive, desired. Computer proficiency in accounting/financial systems, necessary. Demonstrated community involvement is advantageous.
