We have been using the services of LYNX Computer Technologies since 2009 and we are very happy with them. They are so responsive to our daily needs that you feel as if you have an IT person on staff. They have provided a specific technician to work with us, and he has made it a point to get to know the staff, and our business. In 2015 we changed computer software; a very big task. We prepared for months and LYNX was right there the whole time. The day of the official change it was nice to know that LYNX would be there to guide us with any issues, but because of their diligence the day ran very smoothly. Thank you to everyone at LYNX for your support and kindness.

We started working with Lynx in 2014, and their recommendations for the business have been great. Our server crashed in 2014 and because of their initial suggestion to go with an offsite backup, we were able to be up and running within 2 hours!

In January of 2015 we switched to a new software system and they were amazing by being onsite on a Saturday as well as reserving a Technician for the first business day with the new software in case there was any further assistance needed.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and have been very responsive. I would highly recommend them!

Lynx has been our IT “guru” for the past 10 years. Their techs were able to keep our windows Server 2003 upgrade and in service until 2013 when an upgrade was needed to support upgraded software. The server was replaced with a new server running the latest server software with minimal downtime or interruption. At the same time Lynx upgraded our workstations efficiently. They provide both remote and onsite service promptly and efficiently.

We made the switch to LYNX Computer Technologies for all of our IT needs a few months ago and haven’t looked back. They are a team of knowledgeable, reliable and hard-working IT professionals who always seem to have the right solution for any of our technology needs or troubles. Whether it’s a large networking or server issue or a small issue with a PC or printer, they’ve got the answers and have consistently provided them in a manner that minimizes downtime and maximizes efficiency for our business.

Lynx has provided IT support for over 8 years. We started with another vendor to implement our IT needs and it was met with a disaster. High initial costs with dead end results. What a waste of time and money. Lynx was offered the opportunity to handle our server and desktop computer needs. Our needs covered two locations over 30 mile apart so remote connect was setup and the hardware installed. The use of a legacy server proved fatal and after crashing several times with 4 workday lead times Lynx was finally able to step in a replace the server with not one single problem for the past two years.
Any hiccups are handle via an email to support@lynx.com with a response in a very timely matter. When a computer stops performing and a replacement is required Lynx is timely in the replacement hardware along with the personnel to do a hands on installation.
My brother runs a business that had a IT system that was beyond it useful limits. I recommended Lynx to quote the replacement. Lynx was awarded the contract with total contentment with the system and Lynx.
I prefer the prepaid contract for support and have no worry when a support need arises.
